Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Workshop Facilitator

The RCSA Workshop Facilitator will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of Comerica's baseline RCSA Program in accordance with the newly developed RCSA Policy and assessment framework to produce high quality results in a timely fashion. The RCSA Workshop Facilitators will eventually report directly into their respective Line of Business (LOB) Business Control Office (BCO) team, but for the duration of the initial RCSA baseline creation (2+ years) will be temporarily reporting within a centralized team of Facilitators to ensure that consistent and appropriate coverages of businesses and program completion within the desired timeline can be achieved. Upon completion of their assignment, the centralized team will be dissolved and the RCSA Workshop Facilitators will return to their respective LOB BCO team and transition into a BCO -- RCSA Lead role.

During this initial implementation assignment, the RCSA Workshop Facilitators will facilitate workshops for their assigned LOB but will also be required to assist with other LOBs based on the overall Comerica RCSA completion goals. As well as enabling timely completion of the program, this will also help to drive consistency and quality of results across the Bank and present opportunities for the facilitators to expand their breadth of knowledge from working with other LOBs.
