Job Overview:

* Responsible for conducting HIV counseling, testing and referral services with specified target population.

Qualifications:

Required:

* Associates degree required
* Must be willing to work flexible hours
* Must be willing to travel into community

Preferred:

* Bachelor s degree is preferred

Certifications and Licenses Required:

* Must uphold NJ HIV Counseling and testing number

Scheduling Requirements:

* 8:00 am 4:00 pm
* Monday to Friday
* Full Time

Essential Functions:

* Will implement risk reduction counseling by utilizing EBI interventions (if required by grantee)
* Will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and managing data collection
* Responsible for supporting and maintaining confidentiality of clients and to link clients with appropriate medical and social services in the community

Pay Range:

$22.66 minimum to $27.09 maximum Hourly Rate
