Adam's Pest Control - Nisswa office, is currently hiring a Seasonal Scheduling/Service Agent. This position can be either Full-Time or Part-Time.

Nisswa, MN

Position Type:

Full-Time or Part-Time • Hourly • Non-Exempt

General Tasks:

* Schedule pest services for customers


* Plan and schedule services as necessary


* Manage & optimize technician's schedules and routes


* Build customer relationships


* Provide service solutions for customers


* Contact customers to respond to inquiries



Schedule:

* April - October 2024


* 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday


* This role does provide some flexibility.



General Requirements:

* 16 years or older


* Customer service experience preferred


* Proficient computer and phone skills


* Excellent typing skills (at least 45 WPM)


* Background in telecommunications is highly preferred but not required


* Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
