Responsibilities

* Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner when they arrive.
* Determine vehicle maintenance and services needs
* Provide customers with time and cost estimates with full transparency
* Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
* Follow up with customers on status of their vehicle
* Meet and exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction indexes

Qualifications

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
* Demonstrate exceptional communication, consultative and interpersonal skills
* Desire to work with new and innovative technology
* Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to set and achieve sales goals
