Desired Shift: NIGHTS - 12HR - 7p-7a

Job Description:
Preference to partially/mostly compliant candidates.
Need solid Psych RNs. Must be able to start on date specified. Must work 36/48 rotating schedule. Low to no RTO on other days.
About the Hospital:
72 beds
3-4 units open at any time
Combination of adult and adolescent patients
Freestanding psych facility- no security
Codes are responded to by staff
De-escalations and restraints are handled by staff if necessary.
Requires 1 year of psych hospital experience.
CPI Preferred- if not, will do onsite.
Orientation is 2 classroom days, 2 floor days if CPI certified
If not CPI certified, orientation is 4 classroom days, 2 floor days
1:10 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have LPN or MT help, but not always.
RTO approved within reason, limited. No holidays. add to profile cover so client can check with their schedule to make sure they can approve before offering.

Exemptions Allowed: Yes, COVID and Flu exemptions allowed Medical or Religious
Schedule: 3 shifts 1 week/ 4 the next week (36/48) Every other Weekend. NO BLOCKED REQUESTS. MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO NEED OF FACILITY.
1:10 Nurse to patient ratios. Sometimes will have LPN or MT but not always.
