Uveitis - Ophthalmic Scribe

Actalent is seeking qualified Medical Scribes in the Bellaire, TX area This scribe will be supporting a uveitis specialist working hands-on with patients while scribing for their patients.

Job Description:

* Scribing for Physician
* Will be documenting physician visit in EMR system
* Will be hands on with some instruments when asked by physician
* Will do work ups after doctor visits with patient
* Will communicate with patients should be able to speak on the procedures/treatment
* Will require commute to nearby clinics

Qualifications:

* 1+ years of experience working on-site as a Medical Scribe or 1+ years of research experience
* Bachelor or Associate degree in the science/medical field
* Experience working hands on with patients in a medical office/in a high volume environment
