We're looking for people that want to work with with adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses. Our ideal candidate will have the skills to establish supportive relationships as well as the ability to develop and maintain clear therapeutic boundaries.

Responsibilities:

* Assist consumers in skill development,
* Collaborate and develop IAP's (Individualized Action Plans) with consumers and other staff when appropriate
* Assist with community integration
* Provide medication administration,
* Support activities in the community,
* Develop short term goals with consumers to assist with integration into the community.

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license
* Reliable vehicle
* Ideally 2-3 years prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness

Schedule:

* Sunday-Thursday 3pm-11pm (40hrs).
* Tuesday- Saturday 3pm-11pm (40hrs).

Bonus Breakdown:
