BGIS ITS is currently seeking a Commercial Dispatcher to join the team in Hudson, FL and surrounding areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the day-to-day Dispatch operations
• Generate and dispatch service request work orders to technicians as per established process, prepare technician's schedule.
• Ensure that all work orders are dispatched to technicians in a timely manner
• Ensure that internal and external customers are communicated within company defined timelines
• Ensures all phone calls and e-mails are handled in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Make and receive calls/emails from the clients requesting service to outside vendors for follow ups on workorder status, creation or cancellation
• Adding new vendors and locations to the system
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Problem solving: Evaluate a problematic situation and create a resolution based on planning and reasoning
• Planning & prioritization: Determine the necessary sequence of activities and the efficient level of resources required to achieve both short- and long-term goals
• Ability to use good judgment, initiative, and make good decisions with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational, and time management skills
• Strong internal and external customer service skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) required
