Serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons of a bar/lounge. Achieve standards of excellence through the company mission, culture and values.

* Takes orders from guests and/or servers. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks as well as wine and beer. Restocks liquor and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis.
* Inputs order into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers.
* Receives cash from guests, makes any change needed, verifies validity of charges, records charges and ensures vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all monies.
* Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
* Other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
