JT Services, a leading provider of residential plumbing services, septic service, and portable sanitation, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our field technicians by efficiently assigning appointments and delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate technicians' appointments, optimizing routes for timely and efficient service delivery.
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling all phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant scheduling experience for our clients.
* Proficiently manage scheduling/tracking software and Microsoft Excel to monitor and oversee technician progress throughout the day.
* Review, interpret, and generate invoices/estimates for field work.
* Assist in updating and maintaining reports and information required by the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Bookkeeper to support the company's objectives.

* Ability to set and maintain high standards aligned with company expectations.
