270029 - Ultrasound Technologist - Clovis, NM - 26 Weeks Contract

Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a full time direct hire Ultrasound Technologist to work onsite at our client's healthcare facility in Clovis, NM.

EMR Used: EPIC
Shift : 8/10 hours - varied shifts

Essential Functions:
  • Performs general ultrasound.
  • Assists radiologist with ultrasound procedures.
  • Candidate must be able to perform general and vascular and must have advanced knowledge in basic knowledge of imaging equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Candidate must have credentials and NM state licensing (medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy).
  • Must be registered in vascular as RVT or RVS by ARDMS or CCI and have NM state ultrasound licensee - RVT/RVS required.
  • BLS/BCLS certifications required.
  • BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or client.
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred.
  • 2 years' experience in current specialty required.
  • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
  • The individual must demonstrate skills necessary to function in the Echo lab.
  • Candidate must be able to perform general and vascular, .
  • Candidate must have advanced knowledge in basic knowledge of imaging equipment.
  • Candidate must be able to work cohesively with other team members.
  • Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
