Call Center Representative

Responsibilities:
Answering all inbound calls from customers in a timely manner
Escalate issues to supervisor to resolve issues with customers
Enter and maintain customer orders in ERP system
Troubleshoot issues with customer accounts
Provide great customer support over the phone
Maintain and update files and databases
Data Entry and scheduling
Coordinating with internal teams
Responding to emails in a timely matter
Escalating calls
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Previous Call Center or customer service experience
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Great phone etiquette
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer navigation
Multitasking and organizational skills
