Position: Full-time, Family Centered Treatment Specialist (Qualified Professional)
Location: Kinston, New Bern NC or/ and surrounding areas
What Will I Be Doing?
- Work closely with at-risk youth and their families, utilizing the Family Centered Treatment (FCT) model.
- Conduct individual and family sessions within the community.
- Provide comprehensive case management to support the mental health and overall well-being of clients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services (master's preferred)
- Child Mental Health experience required: 1 year with a master's degree; 2 years with a Human Services Bachelor's degree or 4 years with a non-Human Services Bachelor's degree.
- QP qualifications per NC standards
- Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Certification preferred.
- NC Clinical License (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A) preferred.
- Access to reliable transportation with adherence to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, insurance, and driver’s license).
