BSWH is seeking a Fulltime Psychiatrist Leader to join our outstanding Round Rock Mental Health Department.
* Position will be responsible for seeing a full patient panel as well as overseeing all leadership components of the Mental Health department.
* Position will be tasked to develop a plan for a more cost effective and sustainable mental health practice model.
* The Mental Health Department is comprised of 14 psychotherapists and 7 psychiatrists who work together as a team to take care of our patients.
* We are seeking a leader who can innovate the delivery of care within our Mental Health Department.
* We offer work flexibility for providers in this position and offer virtual care to our patients.
* The Round Rock Mental Health clinic is very busy and supports our region in providing all levels of outpatient care.
* Position includes no hospital call.
