**_This Laborist will be joining a tenured, and well-respected team of 8 OB/GYNs, 2 Laborists, and 6 Nurse Practitioners._** _You will be responsible for 6 24-hour shifts a month for a 1.0 FTE._
**_Position Highlights:_**
+ **Truly a Laborist Position**
+ **Option for some surgical assist to keep your GYN skills**
+ **6 Shifts per month for 1.0 FTE**
+ **Average of 3-4 Deliveries per Shift**
+ **7a to 7a In-house call shifts**
+ **Level III NICU and MFM Support**
+ **Delivering 23 Weeks and up**
+ **Call Room with easy access to clinic (if needed)**
+ **EPIC EMR**
+ **Great Peer-to-Peer support**

**For Washington Residents Only** : The salary range for Washington residents is $306,850.00 to $446,400.00. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
