Title: Brokerage Client Assistant

Onsite Flexibility: Fully Onsite
Interview: Onsite/ Video
Pay rate: $24.00/Hr on w2 without benefits
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for brokerage client inquiries and requests.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing operational processes.
  • Perform moderately complex client support tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Seek direction from supervisors to ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Escalate non-routine questions or issues to appropriate channels for resolution.
  • Interact professionally and effectively with client personnel to address their needs and concerns.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in brokerage and client services support.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brokerage operations or client services, obtained through a combination of work experience, consulting engagements, training, military service, or education.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing workload effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with brokerage platforms or financial services systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in brokerage operations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
