Responsibilities:

* Maintain professional communication with different channels and distributes all incoming operational information to the relevant departments.
* Ensure production processes, quality standards, deadlines, and accuracy are met to hand over DO & CO's high-end products to their aircraft crew in person without delays.
* Ensure products and trolleys always meet the utmost quality standards and the delivery is done according to the customer's instructions.
* Conduct physical counts and pack additional equipment or products.
* Identify procedures that can be improved and put forward suggestions for more efficiency and customer care.
* Confirm special meals and the correct number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and assigned correctly.
* Work alongside a team of Food Packers with a Hands-on approach and assist in assembly line when necessary, setting up trays, preparing and packaging food inside a cooler/refrigerated area.

Qualifications:



* Excellent planning and coordination skills.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Hands-on approach.
* Ability to work a minimum of 50% of the workday inside a cooler/refrigerated area.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and with a diversified clientele.
* Capacity to work well within a team and show leadership skills.
* Ability to meet requirements necessary to obtain a PANYNJ ID (Port Authority NY/NJ) per TSA regulations and, more specifically, 49 CFR §1542.209).
* Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
* A minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in customer service, is beneficial.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Computer literate.
* Must have flexible availability.
