CCBHC is an integrated community behavioral health model of care intended to provide integrated, evidence-based, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented and person-and-family-centered care. The CCBHC offers the full array of CCBHC-required mental health, substance use disorder (SUD) and primary care screening services. Director of Clinical Training will work in partnership with others to support the structured inter-disciplinary teams, within in a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model, to provide services utilizing evidence based practices.

This position is available in 1 program: Child Abuse and Trauma Services

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the following duties:

* Work collaboratively with others as part of a structured inter-disciplinary team, within a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model to provide clinical supervision.
* Ensure quality CCHBC service and high professional standards by demonstrating advanced clinical practice
* Provide clinical supervision and case consultation.
* Develop continuous learning environment.
* Disseminate and ensure fidelity in use of evidence-based practice.
* Develop staff and employees for success and high performance.
* Lead quality performance initiatives.
* Provide and develop ethical guidelines and experiences of staff.
* Work closely with agency programs and leadership to promote communication and staff knowledge and services to clients.
* Participate in agency activities and events, represent the agency internally and externally, and lead with integrity.
* Provide licensure supervision to staff within the program as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must have Masters degree in social work/counseling psychology or related field.
* Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma.
* Must have ability to work with the public, ability to maintain an effective working relationship with agency employees, ability to maintain a professional manner at all times and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Must obtain and carry cellular phone during working hours.
* Must possess a driver's license and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office.
* Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
* Requires ability to document activities, write reports, business correspondence and procedure manual.
* Ability to effectively represent information and respond to questions from colleagues, clients, customers and the general public.
* Ability to effectively communicate and interact with colleagues, clients, client's families, public and third-party payer personnel.
