This position provides great work/life balance as you can write your own schedule (Travel is limited to Cuyahoga County)

The ideal candidate is an experienced Social Worker who has clinical, community-based experience working with young children and their families.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in Social Work, LSW or LPC license and related clinical experience
* Masters degree in Social Work and LISW or LPCC license preferred
* DC:0-5 training a plus, along with the ability to identify social-emotional and developmental challenges within infants and toddlers
* Knowledge of early childhood development and family dynamics
* Experience with home/community visiting
* Capable of adapting and reacting quickly and effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude while supporting clients and addressing concerns
* Cultural competency to develop a working partnership with a diverse clientele
* Bilingual abilities a plus

Responsibilities:

* Provide home and community-based behavioral health services for infants and children up to age 6 and their families
* Complete comprehensive behavioral assessments
* Build partnerships with parents, young children and an interdisciplinary team to address relationship and behavioral challenges at early ages
* Advocate with and on behalf of clients and their families
* Contribute to a foundation for life-long social and emotional well-being for young children
* Ensure compliance with all regulations and clinical guidelines
