We offer our employees the following:
  • We consider full-time 30 hours per week with flexible hourly tier options
  • We provide benefits (medical, dental, vision, short term/long term disability and life) to full-time staff, including a 401k match, Bi-monthly Wellness Stipend and discounted pet insurance
  • Free training in EMDR therapy and training to become a Trauma Specialist
  • We provide referrals and have intake staff to schedule new clients
  • We do all the billing and have a practice manager
  • We provide free clinical supervision for provisionally licensed therapists
  • We offer free clinical consultation for all of our clinicians
  • We provide ongoing training and training benefits

  • You are a licensed (LSW, LCSW, LPC) in the State of Pennsylvania. Master's level clinicians without licensure will be considered. We encourage you to apply
  • You want to treat trauma effectively.
  • You are a compassionate, inclusive, self-motivated, ethical, reliable and relatable person (a great sense of humor goes a long way, too)
  • You are receptive to notes and provide treatment planning.
