Maxim Healthcare in Baltimore is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in the Harford County area.

Patient 1:

5 year old male with a gtube, cath, and deaf located in Abingdon, 21009

Shifts are Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 6p-6a

Patient 2:

21 year old male with a gtube, quadriplegic, behavioral problems located in Abingdon, 21009

Shifts are M-F 7a-5p and Sunday 7a-3p

Patient 3:

8 year old male with a gtube located in Abingdon, 21009

Shifts are every night 10p-6a

Responsibilities:

* Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
* On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
* Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
* Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

* Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
* Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
* Current BLS card.
* One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
