Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Lead, motivate, and mentor a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Nurses (RNs), and Medical Assistants (MAs).
    • Conduct weekly team huddles to discuss goals, updates, and address any team concerns.
    • Provide coaching and support to associates as needed to enhance their performance and professional development.
    • Identify training needs within the team and facilitate continuous education to enhance clinical skills, compliance, and professional growth.
    • Perform monthly one-on-one meetings with team members to review call audits and provide constructive feedback.
    • Conduct annual reviews, stay interviews, and 90-day reviews for associates.
    • Hold each associate accountable to the progressive disciplinary model, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal staffing levels, proper skill mix, and appropriate workload distribution.
  • Operational Management:
    • Oversee the submission of billing claims for assigned programs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Review and analyze various reports to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Facilitate and reconcile discrepancy reports between call logs and time logs to ensure data integrity.
    • Perform chart audits as needed to ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations.
    • Manage attendance records, approve time sheets, and ensure proper attendance policy adherence.
    • Enter monthly commissions for assigned associates for payroll purposes.
    • Monitor and manage team-based quality metrics, communicating clear goals and expectations.
    • Maintain a manager satisfaction score of 4 or higher through effective leadership and communication.
    • Manage HubSpot tickets, patient/program concerns, and Tenovi tickets promptly and efficiently.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all relevant metrics and performance indicators.
  • Quality Assurance and Compliance:
    • Meet company-specified percentage goals for call completion rates, opt-out percentages, 60/40/20 percentages, and other key performance indicators.
    • Advocate for patient needs, preferences, and rights, ensuring the delivery of compassionate and patient-centered care.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in TN or compact state.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing a diverse clinical team, with a proven track record of effective leadership and team development required.
