MS Math Interventionist

The White River Unified School District is seeking a dynamic full time Middle School Math Interventionist (grades 6-8) for the 2024-2025 school year.

The math interventionist provides individual and small group instruction in various settings based on student need and collaboration with other math teachers. The interventionist would be working with colleagues to use data to identify and address student needs as well as develop a system of assessment, progress monitoring, and meaningful instruction and intervention. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of mathematical concepts and instructional practices, is flexible, well organized, and is a strong collaborator.

The ideal candidate will possess the strong belief that all students can and will learn.

A current Vermont Teacher's license is required. The successful applicant will join an
energetic and supportive team who strives to bring the best out of our students.

Job Requirements
Must hold current VT Teaching License with proper endorsement.
At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
Bachelor degree preferred.
Citizenship, residency or work visa required
Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal or Designee
