Full-Time: 72-hrs per pay period

Hours: 12-hr day shift (7am - 7pm)

Ongoing Training for New Graduate RNs

SJRMC is committed to set you up for success for a meaningful healthcare career We will give you support, clinical competence using evidence-based practice, structured orientation, and countless opportunities for online continuing education You can look forward to:

* Nurse Residency Program with 12-monthly workshops comprised of classroom education presented by nursing leaders, and skills labs/practice.
* New graduates hired into Critical Care, Emergency Department and Operating Room will receive additional training which includes:
* Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO) through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN).
* Emergency Nurses Orientation (ENO 2.0) through Emergency Nurses Association (ENA).



Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* Associates degree in Nursing
* Current licensed in the state of Idaho, or licensure eligible
* BLS on first day or to be assigned by the Learning Center
