To assume overall responsibility for management of office at Glenbeigh Center of Niles. Perform secretarial and other related duties for the Outpatient Program Director, to assure efficient operation of the center.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High school graduate with business, typing, computer and word processing skills.
Must possess excellent communication, organization skills and telephone etiquette.
Special aptitudes/Activities: Effective office skills, verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, accurate typing and data entry skills.
Required Length and Type of Experience
A minimum of two years experience preferably in the health care field.
Required Licensure or Certification
A BA preferred in related field.
Certified chemical dependency counselor or in process preferred.
Required Physical and Environmental Demands
Working conditions: Normal office environment.
Equipment used: Computer, printer, typewriter, photocopy machine, and calculator.
