Workforce Development Assistant - 186 day (school year position)

FCCTC is looking for a Workforce Development Assistant The Workforce Development Assistant will provide assistance in preparing students for their work-based learning or job shadowing experiences. The Workforce Development Assistant will help with updating program material (both print and online), mock interviews, and may fill in as a substitute as needed. This position will support the Workforce Development Coordinator, Workforce Development Instructor, and the Recruiting Coordinator. They will develop good working relationships with school staff, community, business and industry, parents, and state agencies.

Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Recommended experience with Adobe Suite, In-Design, Canva, and Word Press

Knowledge of PDE applications and processes preferred.

Tuition reimbursement available. Pay based on experience and/or education.

Job Type: Full-time (186-day)

Starting Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour.
