Job Description
The Assistant Director is accountable and responsible for the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care on the Orthopedic Floor. This includes overall direction of clinical, human resources, and financial management. BSN preferred. Minimum of 5 years acute care experience preferred; including 3 years of management or supervisory experience. Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state for which you are applying. Current BLS required upon 30 days of hire.
