Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE.

Position Summary:

A Restaurant Manager supports the Club Manager in managing all restaurant operations, budgets, inventory, purchasing and staffing needs for the restaurant. The Restaurant manager is responsible for managing and creating a positive, energetic and motivating culture for FOH and BOH staff while promoting ICON's culture of genuine care and unmatched service to our guests.

Essential Job Functions:

* Works with Club Manager in creating, operating and managing a successful restaurant.


* Energizes and motivates both FOH & BOH with a positive work environment. Along with coaching, counseling and developing.


* To implement changes and improvements in a positive manner.


* Demonstrates sanitation and food safety practices consistently.


* Checks over restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.


* Completes daily jobs timely and accurately, for restaurant opening and closing according to procedures.


* Completes weekly jobs timely and accurately, according to procedures.


* Completes monthly jobs timely and accurately, according to procedures.


* Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the alcoholic beverage commission.


* Maintains safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations;


* Maintains tools, work spaces and equipment in safe, secure and good condition.


* Other reasonable duties as assigned.



Educations/Certificates/Licenses/Training:

* High School Diploma/ GED certificate required


* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Restaurant/Hotel/Culinary Management Preferred


* Working knowledge of POS software



Experience/Background/Knowledge/Skills:

* Proven working experience as a restaurant/hotel/service manager for a minimum of two years


* Excellent record of kitchen management


* Ability to identify and resolve problems in an efficient manner


* Capable of balancing multiple tasks


* Communication and leadership skills


* ServSafe Manager certification
