Addison Northwest School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support to teachers, interventionists, MTSS teams, special educators, and other service providers. By developing discrete trial, verbal behavior, and other ABA programs; providing training associated with implementing these programs and collecting data to measure progress; assisting in the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans; and collaborating on the development of individual education plans that are based on a variety of assessments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides leadership, analysis, and support in Applied Behavior Analysis.
* Promotes quality and compliance of programs and services to improve student achievement.
* Facilitates the design of quality services for students with autism or other behavior challenges by working with parents, teachers, administrators, staff, and students.
* Provides supervision hours to RBTs and BCaBAs, staff seeking RBT or BCaBA certification, and others using the approved sequence designed and monitored through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
* Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
* Strong analytical skills
* Empathetic, active listening skills required
* Ability to maintain emotional control under stress

QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree Preferred: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
License: Vermont Professional Educator's License with Special Educator or School Psychologist
Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA)
Experience: 2 years
* Experience working with children/adolescents with a variety of psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders, including those on the autism spectrum.
* Experience in providing behavior analytic interventions and assessments.
* Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teaming and overall employee management required.
* Ideal applicants will have knowledge and experience working with and in both education and mental health.
* Candidates must be adept in the development of behavioral modification planning and crisis intervention.
