Job Title: Licensed Practical NurseJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as a vital communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining precise records and documentation, overseeing and replenishing supplies, and executing quality assurance tasks. Additionally, you will support the onboarding and training of new staff members, gather and prepare patient history information, manage and organize laboratory data, offer follow-up instructions, handle advanced telephone triage, and engage in research projects.

Work Environment

The position requires working in a fast-paced community health facility. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with at least one weekend a month preferred (ideally every other weekend). Working hours are from 3pm to 11am.
