The Gardens offers assisted living and memory care in Oklahoma City that lets residents continue their path of independence. As a new Caregiver at The Gardens at Quail Springs, your day will be filled with meaningful interactions as you assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. You'll have the opportunity to provide companionship and support to our residents, helping them feel comfortable and cared for in our community. Your empathetic nature will shine through as you engage with residents and build trusting relationships. With guidance from our experienced team, you'll quickly adapt to our routines and procedures, ensuring a smooth transition into your new role.

What we're looking for in a Caregiver
  • To be successful as a Caregiver at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll need a high school diploma or GED.
  • Fluency in English to effectively communicate with residents and team members.
  • Your commitment to ongoing education, with a minimum of 12 hours of in-service training per year, will ensure you stay informed on best practices in care.
  • Access to reliable transportation is a must, and you should be at least 18 years old with a clean criminal record.
