In summary, the expectations of someone that joins a high reliability hospital are exceedingly high. It will require your full commitment to practice each of these norms and demonstrate that you care enough about our patients to keep them as safe as you can.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for patient care delivery which promotes safety and well being of all patients within the system
  • Demonstrates sound financial use of medical supplies to minimize financial costs to patients.
  • Works collaboratively with physicians/nursing staff to ensure that quality and competent care is rendered in all phases of patient care within the units.
  • Facilitates shift organization and management to achieve optimal patient appropriate resource utilization.
  • Must be flexible with work scheduling
  • Manages conflict with effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Builds customer loyalty among physicians, employees and the community.
  • Any other tasks as deemed necessary for the hospital

Requirements:
  • BSN Degree
  • MSN preferred
  • Current NM State Registered Nursing License
  • Current BLS, ACLS and PALS
  • Previous Supervisory experience preferred
  • 1-3 years Clinical experience
