FIDUCIAL Gérance, gestionnaire d'épargne immobilière et forestière depuis 40 ans, compte une équipe de plus de 60 professionnels sur tout le territoire et propose une offre de produits financiers gérés en direct, permettant de se positionner sur différents types d'actifs immobiliers et forestiers en fonction d'objectifs patrimoniaux.

Dans la cadre de son développement, FIDUCIAL Gérance recherche un (e) Responsable d'Affaires SCPI / Immobilier / Private Equity / Assurance pour le territoire Auvergne Rhône-Alpes / Occitanie / PACA qui sera sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Partenariats France en charge du Développement commercial et en relation avec les Conseillers en Gestion de Patrimoine.
Les principales missions attendues :
* Développer et organiser des animations terrains auprès des partenaires
* Proposer, organiser et réaliser des actions commerciales (ponctuelles ou récurrentes)
* Organiser des RDV terrains pour développer le portefeuille existant de partenaires
* Former et conseiller les partenaires sur la gamme produit
* Assurer la bonne réactivité des demandes commerciales (par téléphone ou email)
* Assure la cohésion avec les équipes internes Middle ou Back office
* Participer à des évènements de type : séminaires, salons, conventions en tant que représentant de la Société de gestion
* Assurer un reporting régulier de l'activité à votre hiérarchie.

Avec plus de 2 milliards d'euros d'actifs gérés, répartis à travers 7 SCPI, FIDUCIAL Gérance propose une gamme de SCPI (bureaux , commerces, immobilier de santé et de bien-être, résidences gérées, ...), couvrant les différents segments du marché. FIDUCIAL Gérance gère également 6 groupements forestiers, 2 Groupements Forestiers d'Investissement et un fonds de fonds immobilier Fidimmo.

FIDUCIAL Gérance a reçu en mars 2024, la distinction "2ème société préférée des Conseillers en Gestion de Patrimoine" dans la Catégorie "Diversification Patrimoniale" des Pyramides de la Gestion de Patrimoine, délivrée par Investissement Conseils. Dynamique et autonome, votre personnalité vous permettra de multiplier les rencontres constructives et de vous épanouir au sein d'une équipe ambitieuse sur le développement commercial.

Diplômé (e) école de commerce, ou d'un parcours universitaire en gestion, finance ou droit, ou d'un cursus en immobilier ou en gestion de patrimoine, vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la relation avec des Conseillers en Gestion de Patrimoine, en banque ou dans l'immobilier.
