Job Shift: Shift 2
Shift Details: This position is evening hours from 5:30 to 01:30pm Every 4th weekend and every 4th holiday. Weekends and holidays are 12 hour shifts 7am-7pm.

The Patient Administrative Scheduling Associate through communication, requisitioning and management of supplies and equipment, coordinates the activities of the nursing staff, the patient, the physician, other hospital departments and visitors. He/she performs general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit. Additional responsibilities include birth registration and Notary.
Qualifications
Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent, additional education preferred. One-two years of secretarial experience is preferred. Requires good keyboarding and PC skills, good communication, telephone skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and proficiency in use of various office machinery. Must be able to multi task and set priorities.
