Job Summary

We have partnered with the largest and fastest-growing manufacturing of paper in North America and its need for a Maintenance Superintendent. This individual will provide leadership, direction and technical expertise to maintain the reliability of all plant mechanical equipment. In addition, will have complete responsibility of all Mechanical supervision, planning and craftspeople.

What You'll Do:

* Lead the learning and development of the maintenance employees through career development discussions, performance goals, and feedback discussions.
* Responsible for developing new work systems along with improving current systems to achieve plant objectives including improving overall equipment efficiencies and plant reliability.
* Assist in root cause analyses and collaborate with the operations teams to support production goals, troubleshoot equipment, and assist with new product and technology implementations.
* Oversee maintenance of Pumps, Gearboxes, Conveyors, Material Handling Equipment, Heavy Equipment, Cranes, Paper Machine Rolls, Bearing Installations and specific knowledge of Power manufacturing is very beneficial.

Your Background Should Include:

* BS degree and/or technical degree and training required.
* At least five years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or operations environment.
* Mechanical Reliability and precision maintenance knowledge. Works to create a culture of executing best practices in reliability.
