We are looking for a Tax Supervisor - Private Client Services to join our Tax Department in our Florham Park . As a Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service. Our firm provides excellent compensation, benefits, wellness initiatives, and a strong career path for high performing professionals.

NOTE: This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

* Preparation and first level review of high net worth individual Federal and State tax returns, as well as trust and estates
* Exposure to financial services and hedge fund clients
* Train, delegate, and supervise more junior staff

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree (required)
* Master's degree in Tax (preferred)
* 4-6 years of experience
* Proficiency in individual Federal and State tax law
* Ability to multitask, communicate, and maintain relationships with clients
* Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
* Problem solving and research skills
* A willingness to diversify knowledge in specialized areas
