  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Represent clients in court hearings and depositions
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes with opposing parties
  • Collaborate with a litigation team to develop case strategies and tactics
  • Maintain communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the trucking and transportation industry
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
  • Proven experience in trucking and transportation litigation
  • Strong knowledge of cargo losses, damage claims, and goods in transit
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
