Cogir Senior Living is hiring caring, compassionate, and empathetic Caregivers to join the opening team of our premier brand-new assisted living community, Cogir of Tigard.

Our Care Partners provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized treatment plan in a unique setting. Currently Hiring for night shift (8 hours); Part Time Friday Saturday NOC shift until opening, then will convert to days.

What will you do as a Care Partner?

  • Assist the residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and resident and employee safety guidelines.
  • Prioritize independence and emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
  • Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs.
  • Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

  • Positive team player attitude and love working with people
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
  • A current CNA/HCA license is a plus.
  • Experience with memory care is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
