Position Summary:
  • Conducts radiologic and computed tomography imaging.
  • Ensures accurate patient positioning and parameter selection.
  • Follows ALARA principles and radiation protection standards.
  • Assists physicians in procedures and performs CT image reconstruction.
  • Administers contrast media and medications as permitted.

Education/Training:
  • Completion of accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Experience as a hospital radiographer and CT technologist preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
  • Certification by ARRT in Radiology or current NMTCB certification.
  • IEMA license and CPR certification required.

Experience/Skills/Abilities:
  • Previous healthcare experience required.
  • Two years of clinical experience preferred.
