PRN Nurse Practitioner Cath Lab

Nurse Practitioner will work in busy Cath Lab to assist physicians with evaluation of patients prior to cath lab procedures including coronary angiograms and stenting, peripheral angiograms and stenting, pacemaker, ICD, loop recorder implants. Duties include: Review of H&Ps and tests, pre-admission chart review, performs H&P and H&P updates as needed, order entry, medication reconciliation, patient education, discharges, respond to emergency situations including code heart, temporary pacing wire need and access management complications.

Weekday shifts between 7a-5p with 2 shift per month commitment.

Requires active Maryland APRN license. BLS/ACLS certifications required.

Critical care experience highly preferred.

Pay is based on experience, skills and education. The pay range may also vary based on specialty if applicable. Salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
