Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate various subcontractors to ensure contract complianceAssume responsibility for the productivity of crafts, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance of the projectMonitor and ensure worker’s and all subcontractors’ safetyConduct effective and inclusive morning huddles with crews to coordinate daily and weekly activitiesConduct weekly safety meetings and all progress meetings as requiredAct as a safety champion on all projects and lead this role by exampleWork with the Project Manager to develop project schedule, trade staffing, materials, tools, and equipment requirements Preferred Skills and Expertise 5+ years’ experience as a Superintendent on large multifamily and commercial projectsStrong understanding of civil/site, architectural/finish, xhuatnn and all MEPThorough knowledge of all aspects of construction, negotiations, engineering, cost control, schedules, and safety requiredExcellent communication, organization, interpersonal, and supervisory skillsAbility to read, understand, and interpret blueprintsPandoLogic.Keywords: Construction Superintendent, Location: Pewaukee, WI- 53072
