The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of AP experience, strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), and familiarity with JD Edwards (preferred).Responsibilities:Reconcile invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, freight, discounts, and account distributionProcess journal entries, purchase orders, and vouchers into the appropriate systemsAnalyze vendor accounts and resolve issues in a professional mannerHandle inquiries from vendors and employees as neededProcess checks for all subsidiaries in a timely mannerAssist with month-end and year-end closing, including sales/use tax and 1099sEnsure accuracy in maintaining the company’s address bookQualifications:3+ years of Accounts Payable experienceStrong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)JD Edwards experience is preferredAbility to multitask and maintain accuracy under tight deadlinesIf you meet these requirements and are ready for a new challenge, apply today.PandoLogic.
