This person must be able to take ownership of complex renovation/adaptive reuse projects and run them with minimal hand-holding.Key Responsibilities:Lead $3M–$15M renovation/adaptive reuse projectsCreate/manage schedules using MS ProjectRun buyout, negotiate subcontracts, close scope gapsManage RFIs, submittals, ASIs, COsOversee field execution with Supers/APMsUtilize Buildertrend or similar softwareLead weekly OAC and internal meetingsManage budget, allowances, contingency, pay appsWork professionally in occupied environmentsRequirements: xhuatnn 7–15+ years of PM experience on commercial renovation/adaptive reuseExperience in senior living, multifamily, hospitality, or healthcareStrong scheduling and subcontractor managementTech-friendly and detail-orientedExcellent communication and accountabilityTrue senior-level capability — not just the title
