In this role you will lead large-scale SAP EWM transformations to optimize warehouse operations across industries. You’ll work within a cross-functional client team to shape program governance, architecture, and delivery for SAP S/4HANA supply chains. You’ll oversee multiple workstreams, drive integration with SAP and non-SAP systems, and mentor junior consultants. This is a high-impact, globally distributed program focused on meaningful logistics and automation outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and rollout programs across geographies and business units
- Own program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
- Drive solution architecture decisions aligning with client supply chain strategy
- Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams
- Provide hands-on oversight of EWM design including structure, put-away/picking, labor, yard, and MFS/automation integration
- Review/approve functional specs, configuration documents, and test scripts
- Drive integration design across SAP MM, SD, TM, PP, and non-SAP systems (WCS, robotics)
- Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
- Mentor junior consultants and build client capability throughout the engagement
- Travel may be required
Key requirements
- Minimum xhuatnn 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting focused on SAP EWM
- Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP EWM implementations
- Experience delivering EWM programs in the Energy Industry
- Prior experience in a Consulting/advisory role
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (or Associate’s Degree with 6 years)
