Leading the enterprise-wide compliance testing program, the full-time Senior Director of Compliance Testing will provide independent oversight of regulatory compliance risks through risk-based testing, governance, reporting, and issue management while working in a hybrid environment from Raleighor Charlotte, with a remote option for highly qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
Direct the design, execution, and enhancement of the compliance testing program across all business lines, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectationsMaintain governance of compliance testing including test planning, reporting standards, and issue management while engaging with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholdersLead strategic initiatives to modernize compliance testing through analytics, automation, and technology-enabled solutions while developing and mentoring a high-performing teamRequired
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 16 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, or Banking12+ years of progressive experience in Compliance, Compliance Testing, xhuatnn or related risk functions within a large financial institutionProven experience in leading enterprise compliance testing programs and managing regulatory examinationsDemonstrated ability to develop and execute risk-based testing plans across multiple regulatory domainsPreferred certifications include CRCM, CAMS, CIA, or equivalent risk management certification
