The candidate must be board-certified or board eligible in anesthesiology with the ability to obtain a medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and have proven administrative and clinical care expertise.

- Provide site-level leadership and management.
- Overall oversight of long-term staffing and scheduling.
