Adventist Health Portland is seeking mission minded Anesthesiologists to join a collegial group on the East side of Portland, Oregon.Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.The ideal candidate is a board certified/eligible Anesthesiologist who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, thrives in a flexible work environment, works well independently and can effectively prioritize their time.Both newly trained and experienced physicians with a collaborative approach to medicine will be considered.Position HighlightsBusy OR with a case mix that includes:General, Ortho, Spine, Open and Endovascular, Thoracic, Urology, Endoscopy, Cath Lab EP, Interventional Radiology, GYN, OB, Bariatrics, Robotics, Ophthalmology, Plastic SurgeryRare Pediatric or ENTNo Trauma, No Hearts, No Intracranial NeuroWeekday Call frequency - 2 -3 weeknights per month and will always have post call day off. Weekend Call - 1 in 5-6 weekends - will become fewer as we hire and expandMinimal CRNA SupervisionCompensation 1.0 FTEBase salary: $580,000/year50 hour work week average10 weeks of paid time off$100,000 starting bonusBenefitsFTE flexibilityGenerous time offPSLF qualifying site403b/401a employer contributing retirement plansMedical/dental/visionRelocation reimbursementCME AllowanceCandidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, be Oregon licensed or eligible and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
