You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and production teams to contribute to our firm’s continued success.*We offer:** Professional development opportunities to help you expand your expertise.* Career advancement paths to support your long-term goals.* Continuous learning through mentorship and industry exposure.* An innovative environment where ideas are valued and implemented.* Work-life balance to ensure both personal and professional success.* A team-oriented culture where collaboration and mutual support drive success.*What You'll Do** Produce electrical designs for complex projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion.* Design and develop electrical systems using Autodesk Revit and Autodesk AutoCAD.* Design building and site; power, photovoltaic, enginery storage and lighting systems.* Prepare and review project specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards* Perform load calculations, circuiting, and short-circuit analysis using industry-standard software.* Ensure compliance with California energy codes (Title 24) and other applicable regulations.* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.* Maintain open communication with stakeholders and facilitate a collaborative work environment.*What We're Looking For** Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.* Minimum of 2 years of electrical engineering experience in the MEP industry.* EIT or equivalent industry experience.* Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.* Proficiency in SKM, ETAP. (Power system analysis, load calculations, short-circuit analysis, arc flash studies)* Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu.* Proficiency in ComCheck, Energy Pro, or other energy code compliance tools.* Basic understanding of Lighting Calculation Software.* Experience developing and reviewing project specifications.* Knowledge of federal and military projects (UFCs and UFGS) is a plus.* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to thrive in a challenging, flexible, and empowering work environment.*WORKING HOURS:*Monday - Thursday 8am-6pm, Friday 8am-12pm*This position is not open to inquiries or applications from commission based placement services or recruiters.*Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time offExperience:* Electrical design: 2 years (Required)* Revit: 2 years (Required)* AutoCAD: 2 years (Required)Ability to Commute:* San Diego, CA 92123 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* San Diego, CA 92123: Relocate before starting work (Required)Willingness to travel:* 25% (Preferred)Work Location: In person
