Hybrid flexibilityJob DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Associate Trial Attorney to join a plaintiff personal injury practice focused on environmental and toxic tort litigation. This role will primarily handle benzene exposure cases, which involve complex medical and scientific issues.Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. Advocate for clients in court and during settlement negotiations. Collaborate with experts and internal teams to build strong cases. Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical standards.Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Pennsylvania. 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (2 years considered if exposure to high-value or mass tort cases). Strong litigation and trial skills with a passion for client advocacy.
