As a Rental Equipment Service Tech / Field Service Technician, you’ll use your skills to perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment in a safe, professional, and customer-focused way.This role gives you the opportunity to challenge yourself daily and, with ambition and drive, grow into higher-level technician and leadership positions within our Service Department.What You’ll DoSafely perform maintenance and repair of a variety of rental equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systemsTravel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance of rental or customer-owned equipment, maintaining a clean and professional service vehicleSupport and train entry-level technicians as neededAccurately complete daily paperwork/electronic work orders in a timely mannerAssist with equipment and parts pickup/deliveryPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license with acceptable driving record3–5 years of experience in equipment/tool repair and maintenanceAdvanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of toolsStrong background with various enginesMust own tools relevant to the positionExcellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skillsAbility to frequently lift up to 45 lbs.This position is designated as Safety Sensitive under Stockyard LLC policies and procedures.Why Join Us?We care deeply about our people and invest in your success.
